Meet Jenna
Working with children who have come from a disadvantaged background is a huge passion of mine. I feel strongly about building positive relationships with young people in order to give them stability and guidance.
Stable End is a large home, near the small town of Kendal. Despite being rural, there are lots of different activities on offer for young people. The perfect place to care for up to 3 young people.
The home has a large kitchen/diner where the young people often enjoy meal times with the staff. The living room is cosy but plenty big enough to host staff and children together, to sit and relax together.
We have plenty of space for education, however the young people often prefer the informal setting of the kitchen. The house is versatile enough to work around the individual needs of the children.
There are three comfortable bedrooms for young people and two more for any staff who happen to be supporting them.
The house benefits from lovely views of the Cumbrian countryside and you’ll often find sheep grazing on on the neighbouring land! We have our badminton net and lots of space to grow vegetables! Nearby is a riding school and activity centre.
Stable End is a relaxed, homely home where children can feel part of the family.
