The level of care we provide is only as good as the team we have to deliver it – so we always look for something special in the people we hire. It’s hard to put into words what we’re looking for, but we always know it immediately when we see it. But having a positive outlook and genuine desire to help others is always a good start.
Humour and personality are often the perfect tools to offer support and encouragement to young children. And we of course expect you to be empathetic, warm and firm but always fair.
We look for the perfect person, not the perfect CV, so while experience and qualifications are always desirable, they’re never the most important things.
